All repair estimates or quotes provided via WhatsApp, phone, or website are approximate. Final charges may vary after proper device inspection.

3. Major Repair Disclaimer (CPU / eMMC / Boot Issues)

Devices with CPU issues, eMMC problems, boot loop, logo stuck, auto-restart, or similar major faults involve high-risk repairs.

Customers understand and agree that:

The device may stop working completely during or after the repair process
Such issues are unpredictable by nature
Mobile Garage will not be responsible if the phone becomes non-functional due to these repairs

Customer approval is required before proceeding with such repairs.

4. Warranty

Warranty, if provided, is limited only to the repaired or replaced part and does not cover:

Physical or liquid damage
Software issues
Mishandling or misuse after repair
Issues unrelated to the repaired component

5. Customer Responsibility (Data Backup)

Customers must back up all personal data before submitting their device for repair. Mobile Garage is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

6. Device Collection Policy

Customers must collect their repaired device within 10 days of repair completion or notification. Mobile Garage will not be liable for any loss, damage, or additional issues for devices not collected within this period.

7. Accessories & Products

All accessories and spare parts sold are subject to availability. Product images displayed on the website are for reference purposes only.

8. Payments

Full payment must be made at the time of service completion or product purchase. Prices may change without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mobile Garage shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Return and Refund Policy

At Mobile Garage, we aim to provide reliable mobile repair services and quality accessories. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Repair Services

Once a repair service is completed, no return or refund will be provided.
Repair charges are for service and labor, and are non-refundable.
In case the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period (if applicable), we will recheck the device as per our warranty terms.

2. Major Repairs (CPU / eMMC / Boot Issues)

Repairs related to CPU, eMMC, boot loop, logo stuck, or auto-restart issues are high-risk.
No return or refund will be applicable for such repairs, even if the device stops working during or after repair.
Customer consent is mandatory before starting these repairs.

3. Accessories & Spare Parts

Accessories and spare parts once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product is physically damaged or defective at the time of purchase.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of purchase with the original bill.

Warranty will be applicable only if provided by the shop or covered under the manufacturer’s company warranty, and will be subject to the respective terms and conditions.

4. Advance Payments

Any advance payment made for repair or spare parts is non-refundable, as parts may be specially arranged or ordered.

5. Warranty-related Cases

If a repaired part covered under warranty fails, we will repair or replace the same part, subject to inspection.
Cash refund will not be provided under warranty.

6. Cancellations

Repair requests once accepted and work started cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation before repair starts may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Final Decision

All return and refund decisions made by Mobile Garage will be final and binding.
